Depends on the definition of "know". 40 of the panels in the first 7 rows contained something I recognized. But a glimmer of recognition doesn't necessarily mean I know what context they are used in. So in that sense I don't necessarily know a meme. Anyway, I have a decent notion what the idea is for half of those forty. So about 50-60 total (can't be asked to go through the whole collage).

In their plan, not by age in story setting, they tried to prohibit if 'seems like lower than 18 in common sense'. As you know, it's tough to use common sense as baseline, especially in low case.
